Hemp flower advocacy is a divided community because there are interpretive dilemmas.
Some disagree with how the Farm Bill mandates total potential THC protocols, while others simply advocate against the prohibition. We do not think there’s anything wrong with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Importantly, Friendly Hempsters LLC does not support any legislative ban on smokable hemp.
That is to say, we extend our support to any governmental entity, candidate, or NGO that brings serious intention to hemp flower advocacy. Let us know if you know of any opportunities to get involved.
Smokable hemp should not be classified as marijuana, after the 115th Congress specifically removed hemp from marijuana’s definition under the Controlled Substance Act in the 2018 Farm Bill.
For instance, it should be convenient and economical for law enforcement to distinguish between hemp and marijuana in the field. It should be regulated in a manor that supports the economy, while providing avenues to better protect consumers. Studying potential public health and environmental impacts resulting from the industry is important to keep up with the evolving market and politics.
